SPT (Zhouju Technology) held a special meeting on integrity system development and signed integrity commitments.
In July 2026, Zhouju Technology (SPT) organized a special training session on integrity and compliance building, systematically disseminating and training on integrity and compliance policies across all centers and departments. The company organized all employees to sign integrity and self‑discipline commitment letters, and key positions were required to sign annual conflict‑of‑interest declaration forms, further strengthening the awareness of integrity and compliance responsibilities among all staff.
The training covered the policy framework, risk prevention and control in key areas, and position‑specific duty requirements, emphasizing the use of institutional rigour to regulate compliance operations in all posts and to foster a conscious commitment to integrity and compliance. All participants signed the commitment letters, making solemn pledges to strictly observe discipline and carry out their duties in full compliance. This series of integrity and compliance training represents a major step for the company in improving its internal control system. Going forward, the company will continue to promote the normalisation of integrity education, safeguarding its healthy development with a clean and upright corporate culture.
