Unite Our Hearts and Pool Our Strengths to Move Forward Together | Team Building for Management Cadres & Outstanding Employees in 2025

On May 10, 2025—the day before Mother’s Day—more than a hundred management executives and outstanding employees from Zhoutu Technology stepped off the bus and set foot in Huzhou Longzhi Dream, marking the official start of a relaxing and enjoyable team-building retreat.

Still haven’t had enough of riding the waves in the wind. In just 15 minutes aboard the ferry, you’re whisked to the wetland park nestled in the heart of the lake. The stone path beneath the towering mulberry trees is bathed in a regal shade of purple, tinted by the juicy red droplets that have escaped from the branches. Some of the plump mulberries sway proudly high up in the tree—rather than gazing longingly at them, hoping they’ll quench your thirst, why not simply keep moving forward?

Everyone marveled at the little one in the tree on the other side. When the “pipa fruits” looked delicate and exquisite, someone pointed at the signpost at the base of the tree and said leisurely, “Gentlemen and ladies, this is a pear tree—not a pipa tree!” The crowd burst into laughter.

Large and small, men and women—wobbling and trembling as they crossed the winding, swaying bridge that lay before them—their hearts still quivering, yet their eyes had already fixed upon the flock of plump black swans floating in the lake’s waters. Their jet‑black wings and vividly red beaks, punctuated by a few gray cygnets circling around their mother swan, added to the scene… The “Swan Lake” painting further enhances the warm atmosphere and vibrant energy.

I’ve watched a pack of adorable little dogs, fed several plump, juicy pigs, sidestepped alpacas that love to spit, and voiced my indignation on behalf of the raccoon trapped in its iron cage—then I called out to the fluffy white creature far in the distance, its head buried deep: “Lift your head.” It seemed to understand the call; it turned its body, raised its head—and only when I caught those bright, spirited eyes, tinged with hesitation and a trace of fear, did I realize I’d encountered a white fox. Whether it had lived for a thousand years or not, to be able to respond with such spiritual awareness… could it be that we share a bond from a past life? My thoughts drifted off into a daydream. ……The sound of fish splashing in the water pulled my thoughts and gaze back to a lotus pond, where red, yellow, and white water lilies bloomed delicately on the surface. There was no fiery, all‑consuming passion—yet that blend of warmth and quiet pride was both heartwarming and subtly bittersweet. The scholar’s bell, always rung by Su Shi, would toll a few times; though reluctant to part, I still boarded the boat, set off on my return journey, and prepared for my next stop.

If wetland parks are gifts from nature, then the grand circus is a true masterpiece crafted by human hands. The venue, capable of accommodating ten thousand people, uses lights, sound systems, water features, and special effects to instantly transport audiences into a magical world. From dreamlike stage visuals and fiery dances to thrilling acrobatics, endearing animal performances, and hilarious, lovable clown interactions, the show offers a feast for the senses. …Now tense, with life hanging by a thread; now bursting into uncontrollable laughter—people were already completely immersed in the experience. A masterful commentator casually remarked: “For high‑altitude diving and high‑altitude acrobatics, the performers absolutely must achieve zero defects!” With that one sentence, he pulled the entire group back from the spectacle and grounded them in reality.

Another reality is this: people get hungry. Don’t bother with the big circus—head over to the ancient town by Taihu Lake for a quick stroll, just skimming the surface. You’ll be tired, your feet will ache, and your stomach will be rumbling—only to find it’s surprisingly easy to snag a reserved hotel room while the main group hasn’t arrived yet and the banquet hasn’t even begun.

A few boats swayed gently across the river, and the melody of “New White Snake Lady” filled the air. Xu Xian mistook Taihu Lake for West Lake—and no matter how many nights he searched here, he feared he would never find his White Snake Lady again. Fortunately, the main group of companions arrived one after another, and soon the dishes began to be served; it was finally time to feast!

As for the Taihu white fish, after just a few glasses of wine, everyone’s lips were loosened, and they began sharing their experiences of the day, chatting about their thoughts and feelings. They listened with great enthusiasm as the sales champion recounted stories from the market, their eyes lighting up with excitement; they watched the usually refined and courteous R&D team member down glass after glass of liquor, his laughter as unrestrained as a dragon soaring through the sky—and then, together, they pretended to be drunk, staggering this way and that, sending everyone into fits of laughter…

The lights are dimming, it’s time to return home—my heart keeps thinking:

Thankful for our encounter, thankful to have you by my side—walking this journey together.

We are the people of Zhouju—loving and caring Zhouju people.

Zhou Ju Ren, keep it up!
